Christian Regester is a seasoned apparel designer and creative leader with over 20 years of experience shaping high-performance outdoor, workwear, and lifestyle apparel. As Principal of CRDesign, he has partnered with global brands such as Arc’teryx, Patagonia, Black Diamond, Manduka, Jones Snowboards, Dakine, Arbor, 686, Grundens, and Duck Camp—delivering innovative products that balance technical excellence, sustainability, and modern design.
Christian’s career spans senior roles including SVP of Product at Manduka, where he drove product strategy toward mindful luxury and eco-conscious innovation, and Design Director at Arc’teryx, where he led the Men’s Division in fusing technical performance with refined aesthetics. At Patagonia, he designed award-winning insulation pieces such as the Micro Puff and Nano-Air, reinforcing his reputation for creating functional, sustainable products that elevate both brand and user experience.
